We are pleased to announce our participation in the Intermodellbau trade fair, which will be held from 16 to 19 April 2026 in Dortmund, Germany.
This trade fair is Europe’s largest event dedicated to model making and model building. Intermodellbau attracts exhibitors and visitors from many countries every year. It is a unique opportunity to meet enthusiasts and discover the latest innovations in the sector.
For the 2026 edition, Magnorail is working on several major new features that will be officially unveiled to the public in Dortmund.
Visit us at our Maketis / Magnorail stand – Hall 4, Stand E10. We will welcome you in a redesigned space, more open and user-friendly, where we will be delighted to present our new products and discuss our animation system with you.
A major evolution of the renowned Magnorail animation system
Since its initial release, Magnorail system has provided realistic and original animation to model railway networks.
In April 2026, we will unveil a significant development in a key component of the Magnorail system.
Without giving too much away at this stage, this improvement will open up new possibilities for animation and track layout, which will particularly appeal to the most imaginative model makers.
Visitors will be able to see this development in action at our stand in Dortmund.
New starter sets
Intermodellbau in Dortmund will also be an opportunity to present our new starter sets.
Available at attractive prices, they will make the Magnorail universe more accessible. This will enable more model makers will thus be able to integrate our animation system into their networks.
